Good
Location / architecture / pools and outdoors game for kids / manager Carlos very professional and always available to fix inconvénients. Room cleaning extremely clean, attention to details. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the omelette guy Julio a good cook and very professional. Beautiful garden and set up.
Food at the pool in a plastic wrap heater in a microwave, horrible food at the Prestige pool, worst we are in the island. The reception did not answer after 27 calls. No welcome or did you have a nice trip when arriving, the receptionist who welcomed me was rude and unprofessional. Rude as I have never seen in 40 yrs in a 5 star. Many clients complained about the welcome at the reception. No area to store luggage’s at the reception all piled in a corner, seems you enter a Holliday inn or a 1 star hotel. Trash cans in room need to be replaced. A little paint would do the rooms look a bit more clean and less old that applies to the suites in the Prestige side.

Fantastic 6 day break for silver wedding in a great location with lovely staff and food.
Beautiful setting. Beautiful large suite which was very comfortable and homely. Very large balcony with great view. Lovely food freshly cooked. Very handy for two supermarkets and a number of restaurants if needed.
Pool was freezing! Drinks very pricey.

Very lovely location and facilities. Be aware the walk ways through the complex is Very Hilly
The location was fantastic from views to being close to the little seafront beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket and pharmacy. Really handy. The staff everywhere in the complex were extremely friendly, hard working and helpful. Pool super clean and constantly lifeguard on duty during day. Breakfast and Dinner is served Buffet style with a wide range of options from plain and simple to continental to most tastes. We were in a Prestige Suites suite and it was great size, very comfortable and directly looking out over the sea. To be honest a bit of entertainment any of the nights would have been pleasant, a grand piano in the bar and no-one to play :) The Tourist Train from just outside the complex was brilliant - well worth it at Euro 7 round trip - hop on and hop off and the bus to Mahon City just 25 minutes and Euro 1.75 pp single was very easy and right outside the door too.
It was very early in the opening stage of the season i.e. 1st day after months closure for refurbishment - so disappointed with the little things that really should have been snag checked before we booked in - such as the patio doors were almost unable to be opened, had to call maintenance to assist, just needed some 3in1.. We weren't escorted to our room, left to find it within the complex with our suitcase and no one to introduce us to the room facilities which would have been good i.e. the hydrabath and multi spray shower. TV channels were only in Spanish - nothing for a raining day in English even one news channel would have been good. The buffet whilst very clean, beautifully laid out and served by a great team of staff, the hand cooked food was a lovely touch but lacked quality of taste so maybe concentrate on a specific menu of choices and not spread them too thinly. Remember if you are in the Prestige Suites section you are not allowed to part take in the Prestige Club complex restaurants.
